We met and fell in love on the tennis court, and have now been married for 20 years. That was reason enough for me to surprise my husband with a short trip for our "porcelain wedding anniversary ." It had to be something really special. Something that incorporated our shared hobby of tennis and also fulfilled many of our other vacation wishes in terms of active recreation, wellness, and culinary delights. And so, my choice quickly fell on the Posthotel Achenkirch on Lake Achensee in Tyrol. Because, of course, tennis still plays an important role today; it's the best hobby for both of us and now also for our three children. You can read about how our stay at the Posthotel Achenkirch turned into an unforgettable wedding getaway in our very special Travelscout report .

Unforgettable tennis lessons : The Sani Resort on the Greek peninsula of Chalkidiki stands for unique holiday experiences and spectacular special features, which the resort's own Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre will once again make possible this summer.
Toni Nadal, longtime coach and uncle of tennis legend Rafa Nadal, visited the hotel earlier this month to give a high -profile coaching Belgian football star Eden Hazard , currently playing for Real Madrid. Eden was thrilled with the tennis training from "Uncle Toni." Even after the session, the two got along famously, engaging in lively conversations about tennis and football.
For all you joggers, runners, and walkers out there, TennisTraveller , I have a really great tip: the LAUFMAUS, a small aid that can support and improve your fitness training. Running or walking is so important for us tennis players to build and maintain our basic endurance. In this post, you'll learn exactly what the LAUFMAUS is, how it can help you, how it came about, and who the company behind it is. I'll also share my own experience with it, because you have to test things yourself before recommending them!
And as you've come to expect from us, we're giving away a total of three LAUFMAUS sets until July 10, 2022. Maybe you'll even become a speed demon on the court!
"Mens sana in corpore sano est" – a healthy mind in a healthy body. While this generally applies to everyone, it holds special significance for us tennis players. We tennis players face a number of different demands. We're expected to be athletic and agile, strong and powerful, mentally resilient, and highly focused. Quite a lot to ask all at once, isn't it? Especially when we're under a lot of pressure in our professional and family lives, it can be really difficult to maintain a healthy mind at times. That's why it's so essential that we give ourselves time and space to regenerate . This allows us to replenish our energy reserves, be more successful on the tennis court, and have more energy overall. We think it's simply wonderful that some of our TennisTraveller hotels, such as the Andreus Resorts in the Passeier Valley in South Tyrol, offer fantastic special weeks to recharge your mind and, consequently, your body. Take a look!
Great tennis before the heavy rain. The singles final of the first Saturn Oil Open was moved forward an hour to 1 p.m. due to the critical weather forecast. And that was exactly the right decision, because the heavy rain started immediately after the atmospheric awards ceremony. Before that, qualifier Lukas Klein (SVK) had set his sights on his first ATP title with an incredibly strong performance against the favored Belgian tennis hopeful Zizou Bergs.
