When May 1st to 8th, 2022 returns the Kirschbaum International, the tennis stars of tomorrow will be taking to the court. The ITF World Tour event primarily features young talents and up-and-coming players on the verge of breaking into the ATP Tour. The 32-player main draw will include at least three German tennis professionals: Louis Wessels (ATP 347), Tim Handel (ATP 548), and Dominik Böhler (ATP 645). Other German participants include Oscar Moraing, Robert Strombachs, Leopold Zima, Milan Welte, and the young Max Rehberg. The main draw features players from nine European countries, including Germany, France, Switzerland, Romania, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, and Spain. Russian-born Ivan Nedelko will compete under a neutral flag.
