There are so many exciting and interesting tennis stories. Today we want to share one of them with you: the story of Jörg Schors , a former professional tennis player who is now a successful entrepreneur. The Aachen native has been running a large car rental company for many years and, in conversation with tennis entrepreneur Marc Raffel, draws parallels between the world of tennis and the business world.
Because, in his opinion, the same applies to both tennis pros and entrepreneurs: "I must be completely convinced of the consequences of my actions!"

What prompted Berlin tennis coach John Lambrecht to emigrate to Mallorca with his young family at the beginning of the year? And what did the family do when, shortly after their move, the Corona pandemic disrupted all their plans? How is John doing today? What does his (work) life look like? And what plans do he and his wife have for 2021? I was incredibly interested in all of this – these are fascinating tennis stories from off the court. John answered my questions brilliantly – thoroughly, honestly, and openly. But it's best if you read for yourself and immerse yourself a little in the world of this tennis expat, which demonstrates the power and integration opportunities that our sport of tennis can offer.

We tennis players are all familiar with mental pressure , whether in a training match, during league matches, or at ranking tournaments. But it's surprising to learn that professionals often face the same mental challenges during matches as any of us.
Philipp Heger, mental expert and author of the book "Mental Strength in Tennis," uses the 2020 US Open final between Dominic Thiem and Alexander Zverev as a concrete example to demonstrate how mental pressure affects a match, how a game can turn around, and what the highs and lows are. And one thing is certain: you will definitely recognize many parallels to your own matches, even if you don't play best-of-five matches.
Mental training is absolutely "in" – also as part of the training landscape in tennis. Whether you're a professional or amateur athlete, we all know the feeling. Your mind isn't in it, your arm feels heavy, your legs just won't cooperate. You miss shots that always come your way in practice, you feel pressure or even fear, and you unleash your aggression on the court. And in the end, you often leave the court with a defeat you just can't accept. If all of this sounds familiar and you want to organize and improve your tennis mentally, then the book "Mental Strength in Tennis" by Philipp Heger, published by Neuer Sportverlag, is highly recommended. The book offers a multifaceted insight into the complex world of mental strength , provides wonderful examples from everyday tennis life that you'll recognize in yourself, and gives you numerous solutions and concrete exercises to help you better access your best performance on the court.

The F X series consists of five premium performance tennis rackets and is packed with technology. It is the first series to feature Dunlop's innovative POWER BOOST GROOVE technology, which provides players with a larger sweet spot, resulting in more power and allowing them to play with 'Power at Full Force'.
The F X series was thoroughly tested by our Dunlop Srixon engineers in Kobe, Japan, with the rackets achieving an average rebound of 4.8% across all impact positions compared to the same racket without GROOVE technology. The result is more power with greater consistency across the string bed.
