Right at the beginning of the year, Jonas and his parents set off from Stuttgart to the Ruhr region. Excited and highly motivated, Jonas, as the winner of our PMTR raffle, was able to participate in the 4-day New Year's camp at the PMTR Tennis Academy in Mülheim an der Ruhr. We had also arranged accommodation for him thanks to the B&B Hotel Mülheim an der Ruhr . A room had been reserved for the family there from the day before. Jonas's mother, Ayleen, sent us a detailed and, in our opinion, very informative travel report, which we wanted to share with you. The family's conclusion makes us happy too: "A happy break with a happy child!"
The Road2MercedesCup (R2MC) is THE tournament series for all amateur players in Germany and Austria. Throughout the year, you can collect points for the R2MC ranking at ranking and performance level tournaments. If you are among the top 1,000 players by April 30, 2020, you qualify for the final tournaments, where matches are played to two wins, with tiebreaks. Additionally, a special points system is used, giving players with lower rankings a points advantage.

The Koblenz Open is Germany's largest men's indoor tennis tournament be held for the fourth time in 2020 as part of the ATP Challenger Tour February 17th to 23rd, 2020, at the CGM Arena in Koblenz, and is highly motivated. Not only did nearly 10,000 spectators attend the 46,600-level Challenger event in 2019, but the newly launched tennis expo is also set to be a very special tournament highlight.
