A lot has changed, yet we felt completely at ease and almost at home from the very first moment. Active on the tennis and golf courses, indulging in delicious food and enjoying every moment, and of course, plenty of relaxation. A little bit of everything, all in a truly beautiful way – simply a tennis holiday dream!

As part of our nutrition special, we'll be giving you important tips over the next few weeks on how ideal nutrition BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER a tennis match or training session. This will help you give your best on the court every time. And that includes more than just technique, tactics, and athleticism. As soon as your body, the engine of all activity, isn't supplied with the right "fuel" and therefore doesn't get going properly, falters, or even comes to a standstill, it's simply: Game over! We've all experienced that at some point. To prevent this frustrating and often painful "breakdown," good preparation in terms of nutrient supply is key. That's precisely why we've teamed up with Orthomol to compile some nutritional tips and a great recipe for each phase. And yes, we'll also be giving you product recommendations, because you don't always have the time or inclination to cook for yourself and therefore often and rightly turn to a high-quality nutritional supplement. Whatever suits you best. The main thing is to achieve the most important goal: to start the match or training session in TOP condition!
