This will help you give your best on the court every time. And that includes more than just technique, tactics, and athleticism. We've all experienced that at some point. To prevent this frustrating and often painful "breakdown," good preparation in terms of nutrient supply is key. That's precisely why we've teamed up with Orthomol to compile some nutritional tips and a great recipe for each phase. And yes, we'll also be giving you product recommendations, because you don't always have the time or inclination to cook for yourself and therefore often and rightly turn to a high-quality nutritional supplement. Whatever suits you best. The main thing is to achieve the most important goal: to start the match or training session in TOP condition!

Winning and enjoying – two things that, in my opinion, are mutually dependent. Especially when we're on a tennis holiday. Therefore, the motto of the TennisTraveller exclusive camp on Lake Constance in February was aptly chosen. The perfect location for this camp theme was quickly found in the Ringhotel Krone Schnetzenhausen ; after all, this family-run hotel near Friedrichshafen is renowned far beyond the region for its excellent cuisine and warm hospitality. The Power the Ball tennis school tasked with providing the necessary "winning" on the court, with my support as a side coach. Whether and how we were able to put winning and enjoyment into practice during the four days of camp, you can read about here in words and pictures. Suffice it to say, it was simply a fantastic weekend with top marks from our participants!

Today we have something for your ears! It's the tennis podcast "Doublette76" by and with Tom Heinkel . Tom is one of the two podcast partners, or rather, "podcast hosts," and launched the tennis podcast two years ago together with Lars Kreyenhagen. Tom tells me in this interview how and when these two Hamburg natives and self-confessed tennis nerds came up with the idea of sharing their encyclopedic tennis knowledge not just after matches, but in a podcast format. Each podcast episode features a guest who shares their love of tennis. Whether it's a former tennis pro, a journalist, or a tennis entrepreneur – all more or less well-known personalities for whom tennis plays a central role in their lives. Find out who has already been a guest on Tom and Lars' podcast, who Tom would like to interview in the future, and where he, as an enthusiastic tennis player, travels for his tennis holidays – all this and more in this blog post and in the interview. Enjoy reading and listening!
