- Sort through the spinach, wash it, and shake it dry. Wash the cucumber and apple. Halve the cucumber lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumber into pieces. Quarter the apple, remove the core, and cut it into pieces. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
- Place spinach, cucumber, apple, banana, rolled oats, and coconut water in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender. Roughly chop the almonds. Pour the smoothie into glasses. Sprinkle with chia seeds and chopped almonds.
