The hotel enjoys a very convenient location in the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia, allowing you to reach Düsseldorf city center in just 20 minutes by car and Düsseldorf Airport in just under 30 minutes. When we first visited the hotel, we were immediately captivated: a truly special place for anyone seeking genuine hospitality combined with a unique rural and natural atmosphere, offering relaxation, wellness, high-quality cuisine, sporting activities, and a true connection to nature. Land Gut Höhne was originally a farmstead dating back to the mid-18th century. Owned by the Reucher family since 1970, the hotel is now in its third generation of family ownership, run with warmth and passion. A dedicated team of carpenters and craftsmen ensures a consistently modern and nature-inspired design for the house and rooms, while the character of the estate always shapes the overall impression. Even today, original bricks from demolished houses in the surrounding area are salvaged and reused in construction. It's palpable that the well-being and relaxation of guests are paramount here, and the concept of "organic – relaxation – wellness – sport – health – nature" is holistically implemented and authentically lived. Just as unique as the old estate itself, with its natural brick buildings, numerous nooks, and small, secluded retreats in the hotel, restaurant, and park, are the 130 cozy, individually designed rooms and wellness suites, each with its own private spa area featuring a round bathtub and sauna. When choosing your room, you can first select a location close to the outdoor pool, the park, or in the center. The rooms offer a direct connection to nature: natural building materials, such as Swiss pine and natural wall coverings crafted by the hotel's own team of artisans, create a unique atmosphere. Here, you can truly relax and rejuvenate. The hotel provides 20 electric vehicle parking spaces for guests with electric or hybrid cars and is also easily accessible by public transport from Düsseldorf Central Station.
Two clay courts and one hard court are available to you in the heart of the hotel's natural park . A long wooden table and a wooden pavilion between the two clay courts invite you to relax.
