May we introduce: the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort tennis hotel

The five-star Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort is located just 44 kilometers from Heraklion Airport, allowing you to quickly begin your tennis holiday after landing in Crete. The resort is spread across 60 hectares directly on the beautiful seafront and comprises a main building and three villages built in the Cretan style, featuring plenty of stone and whitewashed walls. Although the resort has nearly 400 rooms, you'll always feel like you're in a small village. The numerous small buildings, bungalows, and villas are surrounded by magnificent gardens. The Patricio World Class Tennis Center Crete, newly built in 2023, will make any tennis enthusiast's heart beat faster with its 20 clay courts, two padel courts, and an indoor/outdoor fitness center.

• Monday: Fixing - accuracy before speed
• Tuesday: Balance - Stability for more control
• Wednesday: Movement chain - Less force, more effect
• Thursday: Directional stability - body movement in the direction of the blow
• Friday: Preload - Optimal Acceleration

The training is task-, goal-, and game-oriented. It aims to help you better utilize your technical, tactical, and mental abilities. Furthermore, you will learn ways to put your opponent under pressure through the quality of your shots.

Due to weather conditions, both training sessions and ranking tournaments may be cancelled. No refunds will be issued. If training sessions are cancelled for this reason, a suitable alternative program will be offered. If ranking tournaments are cancelled, every effort will be made to reschedule the matches during the event week. Subject to change.
