The venue is once again the exclusive Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort , which, with its perfect infrastructure of beach, tennis, padel, and fitness facilities, offers the ideal location. The five-star Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort is located just 44 kilometers from Heraklion Airport, allowing you to quickly begin your tennis holiday after landing in Crete. The resort is spread across 60 hectares directly on the beautiful seafront and comprises a main building and three villages built in the Cretan style, featuring plenty of stone and whitewashed walls. Although the resort has nearly 400 rooms, you'll always feel like you're in a small village. The numerous small buildings, bungalows, and villas are surrounded by magnificent gardens. The WORLD CLASS Racket Club Crete , with its 26 clay courts, 5 padel courts, 4 pickleball courts, the Patricio Racket Academy, and an indoor and outdoor fitness center, will make any tennis enthusiast's heart beat faster.

The tournament is open to all players with a valid ITF IPIN number. The ITF tennis rules apply. Should there be insufficient entries in a singles or doubles competition, the tournament committee reserves the right to cancel that competition or combine age groups during the draw. In this case, the affected players will be informed. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the tournament organizers reserve the right to change the format of play. The tournament organizers reserve the right to make changes to the tournament announcement/fact sheet.
The Kalimera Kriti Open features three categories (singles, doubles, and mixed doubles). A consolation round is also offered in the singles competition for eligible players. Players who lost their first match in the main draw are eligible. This ensures that each participant has several singles matches during the tournament week. There is no consolation round in the doubles or mixed doubles competitions. Instead, a B-tournament is held exclusively for Patricio Travel and Kalimera Kriti guests. Players who lost their second match in the singles main draw or their first match in the consolation round are eligible to participate. The tournament committee reserves the right to make changes.

The entry fee entitles you to participate in one singles, one doubles, and one mixed doubles competition, one consolation round in singles, as well as the welcome ceremony and the awards ceremony. The entry fee must be paid by credit card immediately after ITF registration or can be paid together with your travel booking. Payments on site are not permitted. The entry fee is non-refundable for cancellations after the registration deadline.
All registrations and deregistrations must be made directly via the ITF website with a valid IPIN membership. Players who do not yet have an IPIN can apply for one free of charge via this link . According to the ITF rules, a service fee of €6.50 per tournament will then be charged for this IPIN number. This fee can also be paid when booking travel or by credit card.
The winners of the individual competitions will receive an additional 1 week (7 x half board+), and the finalists will receive 2 days (2 x half board+) of free accommodation at the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort for the 4th Int. Kalimera Kriti Open 2027.
The semi-finalists of the main round, the finalists of the consolation rounds and the finalists of the doubles/mixed competitions will receive prizes and/or travel vouchers.

Sunday, October 11, 2026, until 12:00 PM | Sign-in for the mixed and doubles competitions, followed by the draw.
The Gala Night is included in the event price for all tournament participants staying at the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort. All other players can participate for an additional fee.
