The training takes place on up to four tennis courts, with two to three people per court. Jan Gunnarsson actively trains with the participants on one court, while the highly skilled Aldiana coaches train on another. The participants switch courts after 30 or 40 minutes.

Training takes place daily for 120 minutes, either in the morning or afternoon. Training groups are formed exclusively with players of a similar skill level. Children and teenagers are offered age-appropriate programs in separate groups.
In addition, individual lessons with the Aldiana trainers can be booked.
