 Camp concept

The camp week is themed "The Chessboard... Made of Sand" – From the first move to checkmate – intensive training in technique and tactics, and is being conducted in cooperation with the HD Tennis Team ASD tennis school. 
The program combines intensive tennis training with a continuous chess metaphor: Each training day focuses on a different "move" on the imaginary chessboard made of red clay – from the opening move to checkmate. Technique and tactics are thus built upon each other day by day.

 Organizational procedure

• Friday, 6:00 PM: Ritrovo – Group meeting, technical meeting (with video) for program presentation, followed by a welcome drink
• Saturday – Wednesday: Training every morning: 8:30–10:30 a.m. and 10:30–12:30 p.m. (2 hours each, a total of 10 training hours)
• Thursday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Final tournament;
  12:00 PM: End of the week with awards ceremony and closing drink

 Technical Daily Program

• Saturday
  “Preparing the chessboard” - Controlling the back rank and consistency
• Sunday
  “The Opening” - The first two shots of the rally dominate
• Monday
  “Checkmate to the King” - attack, transition to the net and scoring
• Tuesday
  “Strategic Defense” – Neutralizing the opponent’s attack and turning the momentum
• Wednesday
  “Checkmate” - Overall synthesis and application in the match

• 10 hours of group training over 5 days
