Over four days, you'll train with Mirco Heinzinger (German Doubles Champion, German Indoor Vice Champion, long-time Bundesliga player in the Men's 30+ category, and current Men's 40+ national team player). Mirco is a state-certified tennis instructor with a B license and a qualified cardio trainer. With his extensive training and many years of experience, he teaches tennis at a high level, combining technique, fitness, and the joy of the game.
This training is aimed at all active team players who want to refine their technique and tactics for singles and doubles. Conditioning exercises and mental input complement the training for you TEAMPLAYERS. Mirco is supported by an assistant coach.
Training takes place in small groups (maximum 4 people per group/trainer; group size is individually adjustable). Each training session lasts 90 minutes per day. Available for adults and young people aged 14 and over who have been playing in a team for some time and train regularly.
Price per person: €250
