In northern Burgenland, on the edge of the Neusiedler See-Seewinkel National Park, lies the VILA VITA Pannonia . Spanning 200 hectares offers not only authentic architecture but also a wide range of leisure activities and numerous private retreats. This four-star superior resort is located 85 km southeast of Vienna, and you can reach your holiday destination from Vienna Airport (Schwechat) in just 45 minutes. Upon arrival, you'll feel like you've arrived in a small village nestled in nature. In addition to the main building, there are two bungalow villages, various sports areas, and a bathing lake with stylish and exclusive lakeside residences. The main building offers a total of 30 single comfort rooms, suites for two people, and apartments for up to four people. All rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorated in warm tones. The 127 bungalows are spread across the Vineyard Village and the Reed Village and are suitable for two to six people. Spread across two floors, you can enjoy a holiday in your own private space, with plenty of room and a beautiful, large private terrace. The spacious bungalows for six people also feature a kitchen in addition to the living and sleeping areas. The 39 lakeside residences . Located directly on the bathing lake, these generously sized, modern residences, suitable for four people, are available in "Lakeside" and "Parkside" versions. The Lakeside residences even boast a private bathing jetty and a private sauna.
A particular highlight of the nature resort is the Pannonia Hills , an eco-park encompassing four hectares of meadows and herbaceous plants, featuring a total of 23 hills. Various themed and interactive exhibits are being developed here. A special bee pasture, a butterfly meadow, a habitat for sand lizards, and a climate garden demonstrate how nature, the environment, and a resort can be harmoniously integrated. The resort is ideally suited for nature lovers and families, offering ample space for all.

 Tennis

Tennis can be played year-round at the nature resort. Three outdoor clay courts and two indoor courts (surface: Topslide, sand-like rubber granules) are available. Use of the outdoor courts is free of charge. Thanks to the combination of indoor and outdoor courts, playing tennis here is possible almost regardless of the weather. Train with professional coaches who offer everything from individually tailored private lessons and children's and youth courses to group training for all ages and skill levels. Court rental, rackets, and balls are included in the coaching fees.

Runners and Nordic walkers will appreciate the various running trails, ranging from 1.1 km to 16 km, offering something for everyone. In the wellness and sauna village, you can swim in the heated indoor pool as well as the spacious outdoor pool. The natural swimming pond invites you to refresh yourself after a sauna. The sauna village itself features three Finnish saunas, two steam rooms, a softline sauna, and an infrared cabin. Relaxation awaits you in the beautifully designed relaxation areas, some with clay walls and a special atmosphere, on heated waterbeds, or in the cabanas nestled among the reeds. For a light snack, the Vital Bistro, with its lovely terrace, offers fresh salads and healthy treats throughout the day. You can end your day of tennis either in the Piano Bar or in the magnificent Panorama Lounge , located in the 25-meter-high observation tower, which offers a breathtaking view of the Neusiedler See-Seewinkel National Park. However, the Panorama Bar is unfortunately not always open.

The Neusiedler See-Seewinkel National Park is just a stone's throw away – either by bike or car. Birdwatching observation points are just as interesting as hiking or cycling along the many lakeside paths. Those who prefer city life can reach the Austrian capital, Vienna . Bratislava is only about 70 kilometers away. Or you could take a short trip to Hungary – the border is only 10 minutes from the resort.
