Located 290 kilometers from Malé, the 297,000-square-meter Dhonakulhi Island is home to the private and luxurious Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa , an exclusive 5-star resort of the highest caliber . From Malé International Airport, you can reach the resort either by taking a domestic flight from Malé to Hanimaadhoo or Kulhudhuffushi (approximately 1 hour) followed by a speedboat transfer . Alternatively, you can book a seaplane transfer to the resort, which takes approximately 75 minutes. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted on both sides of the island by stunning white sand beaches, gently sloping turquoise waters, and several offshore snorkeling reefs. Simply picture-perfect. With a north-south length of 1.5 kilometers, the island is one of the largest in the atoll. For accommodation, you can choose between various beach villas for 2-4 people , some with a pool, and the stunning water villas accessible via a long jetty. All villas are beautifully furnished and offer one or two bedrooms, depending on their size.
