At ROBINSON QUINTA DA RIA , you'll play on beautifully maintained courts in mild temperatures. Simply perfect! Here you can improve your game and get into top form. You'll learn basic and stroke techniques from a professional and deepen your knowledge of tactical behavior on the tennis court through various games and drills, not only in singles but also in doubles. Individual support and a shared playing experience are what make this week's training special.
Anna-Lena Grönefeld ended her active career at the end of 2019, having enjoyed a highly successful career. She won two Grand Slam titles in mixed doubles: Wimbledon in 2009 with her partner Mark Knowles and the French Open in 2014 with Jean-Julien Rojer. In women's doubles, she reached a career-high ranking of number 7 in the world and amassed 17 titles. At the age of 19, she first broke into the top 20, reaching number 14 in the singles world rankings. As a junior, Anna-Lena won the French Open and became world number one in both singles and doubles at the end of 2003. Since 2020, she has been a coach at the Tennisbase Hannover and the national coach for the German Tennis Federation's under-14 junior program.
