John Lambrecht, tennis and mental coach, and his partner Nina-Gyana, certified yoga and meditation teacher, developed the Zennis program, a fusion of Zen philosophy and tennis . They recognized that yoga exercises, breathing techniques, and mindfulness training improve the quality of tennis and the player's well-being.

In tennis training you can choose between tennis-zenis sessions, where there are no technical instructions and the focus is on mindfulness, conscious breathing and mental strength, or "classic" coaching sessions with a focus on technique and tactics.
