Tennis camps for young people at the Saddlebrook Tennis Academy in Tampa, sunny Florida

Saddlebrook Tennis Academy is considered one of the best tennis academies in Florida and consistently ranks among the top programs in the country. Top tennis players such as Alexander Zverev, John Isner, and Andy Roddick have all trained here. Every year, many talented tennis players come to Saddlebrook and significantly improve their game through excellent training, hard work, discipline, and motivation. Juniors train up to five hours daily at the award-winning tennis facility, making new friends and enjoying social activities with other juniors.

The year-round tennis program for players aged 12 to 20 includes on- and off-court training, including specific drills for consistency and accuracy, as well as match play under the supervision of a professional coaching team. Based on years of experience and proven success with professional players, the junior program was developed to enhance each student's technical, tactical, and mental performance. The peak season for camps is during US school holidays, school breaks, and the summer months.

 Daily routine of a camp day

A typical day includes checking in at the course, followed by stretching, a morning session, lunch, and an afternoon session. Students receive five hours of instruction per day for all skill levels (including match play). Private lessons are available daily for an additional fee. 

• 7:45 AM Check-in on the artificial turf pitch for daily pitch assignment, followed by Dynamic Movement & Morning Stretch
• 8:00 AM Line up in your assigned seats for the Morning Session
• 11:00 AM End of morning session - recommended lunch: TD's or Poolside Café
• 12:50 PM Check-in on the artificial turf pitch for pitch allocation, followed by dynamic movement and afternoon stretching
• 1:00 PM Report to your assigned seats for the afternoon session
• 3:00 PM End of the afternoon session

Camp days can be booked individually and without overnight stays:

• Full Days – $175.00
• Half Days (AM or PM) – $120.00

 Junior tennis camps with overnight stay at Saddlebrook Resort

The week-long programs include accommodation at Saddlebrook Resort and can also be booked by kids and teens without their parents. Supervision is provided on-site for unaccompanied minors. In addition to daily training according to the schedule above, there is also a communal dinner and evening leisure activities.

The following services are included in the price: 

• Six nights in shared and supervised accommodation in student suites, Sunday to Saturday as part of the weekly program (additional nights available on request)
• Three nutritious meals daily (starting with dinner on Sunday and ending with breakfast on Saturday)
• Saddlebrook shirt

Junior campers in our boarding program stay in junior suites. Each unit consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a living/dining area, a kitchen, and a terrace or balcony. Juniors share accommodation with other juniors and are supervised by Resident Assistants (RAs).
Airport transfers are available at an additional cost.
