Tennis-Only Program for AdultsTarget group : This highly intensive program is for all adults who really want to get going.
A typical day includes breakfast, checking in at the course, followed by dynamic movement and stretching, Pro's Tip of the Day, followed by the morning session, lunch, an afternoon session and an optional event of the day.

The program can be booked by the day, by the week, or for a customized period. Half-day programs are also available – in this case, the training time is halved.
