Final round of the German Senior Team Championships; 1st place in the ITF Seniors Circuit.
How long have you been working as a coach?
Part-time since my studies, full-time since 1985 (Boris Becker's first Wimbledon victory!).
How would you describe yourself as a coach?
I'm a role model, especially in terms of motivation; I can adapt to all students from age 8 to 80 and all skill levels, from beginners to tournament players.
Your goal: what should a TennisTraveller "take away" after a training session with you? Having played many balls, sweating, and taking away that one tip.
How long have you been working for your International Tennis School?
Since 1990 in various hotels and clubs in the Mediterranean region, and for the last 20 years at the Vier Jahreszeiten Tennis Hotel on Lake Schluchsee.
Three things you ALWAYS have in your racket bag (besides shoes, rackets, and balls)?
Nothing, balls and rackets are enough!
Your favorite (tennis) holiday spot?
Arosa/Switzerland at 2000 meters altitude with panoramic mountain views.

…every player (customer) is different and you can adapt to the player anew every hour.
