How old are you?
41 years old
When did you start playing tennis?
I got my first racket when I was 2 years old. I haven't put it down since.
Your greatest sporting tennis achievement?
Berlin/Brandenburg Champion in the 40+ age group and Balearic Islands Champion in the 35+ age group.
How would you describe yourself as a coach?
Empathetic, patient, and motivating.
Your goal: what should a TennisTraveller "take away" from a training session with you?
Enthusiasm, excitement, and motivation for the next session. With me, students learn through play. I want to offer students the opportunity to gain a wide range of experiences so they can develop their own creative potential.
Three things you ALWAYS have in your racket bag (besides shoes, rackets, and balls)?
Passion for the sport, shoelaces, and energy bars.
Your favorite (tennis) holiday spot?
Mallorca. I work here as a freelance tennis coach and can be found here all year round.
You love your job because…
… I can do the best sport in the world in the fresh air with cheerful people.
