The Koblenz Open is Germany's largest men's indoor tennis tournament be held for the fourth time in 2020 as part of the ATP Challenger TourFebruary 17th to 23rd, 2020, at the CGM Arena in Koblenz, and is highly motivated. Not only did nearly 10,000 spectators attend the 46,600-level Challenger event in 2019, but the newly launched tennis expo is also set to be a very special tournament highlight. Visitors to the Koblenz Open can expect top-class tennis again in 2020. In 2019, alongside numerous top German players like Mats Moraing and local favorite Benny Hassan, renowned players such as the eventual winner Gianluca Mager competed. Marco Checchinato also participated, but as the second seed, he was eliminated in the second round. However, he went on to reach the semifinals of the French Open in May. That's tennis! The exact lineup for the tournament on the Rhine in February will be finalized in the coming weeks.

In addition to the fantastic supporting program familiar from previous years, tournament director Heiko Hampel plans to launch Tennis ExpoFebruary 22nd and 23rd, 2020, tennis facility builders, lighting and scoring manufacturers, as well as equipment and clothing brands will present their product ranges. This will allow not only individual visitors but also local clubs to, for example, select their team clothing for the summer season.
