Reducing pain with a small patch – is that even possible? To be honest, that was my first thought when Torsten told me about SuperPatches. But the more detailed his explanation of how the patches work, the more intrigued I became. Non-invasive and drug-free pain relief makes perfect sense to me, especially compared to taking painkillers. SuperPatches are designed to positively support and influence various areas through tactile stimulation. There are not only pain patches, but a total of 12 different SuperPatches to enhance performance and well-being. In my interview with Torsten Bonacker , you'll learn how SuperPatches work, where and how they are used, and why they might be particularly interesting for us tennis players. And of course, we couldn't leave out the self-test and our personal conclusion about the product. Since we're introducing SuperPatches to you here and now, you'd be absolutely right to assume that we gave them a thumbs up. Intrigued now? Then keep reading – enjoy!
As a sports economist, I've turned my passion into my profession: sports. I can't imagine a life without sports, neither personally nor professionally. Tennis was my favorite sport even as a teenager. In my personal life, I try to pass this enthusiasm on to my children. Even though their passions are horseback riding and soccer, they're always up for a tennis match with me. It's a great family sport! My professional life also revolves around tennis. I've been working in the tennis industry for over two decades, which brings me into contact with many top athletes. For them, not only is excellent equipment important, but mental and physical fitness is at least as crucial.
I find this particularly fascinating, and this is precisely where I find common ground with SuperPatch. Their products focus on physical and mental fitness. So, when I first learned about them, I was intrigued. My body, which at 55 occasionally sets limits for me, was the perfect test subject. Curiosity turned into conviction, and I joined SuperPatch. Now, I offer SuperPatch products part-time through network marketing. Incidentally, as an economist, I find this business model incredibly exciting. Firstly, because it allows for self-directed work, and secondly, because it's a growing sales model and offers almost unlimited earning potential.

Pure coincidence! At the opening of a sporting goods store, I ran into an old acquaintance from the tennis world. During our conversation, he told me about special patches that, without medication and purely through tactile stimulation, bring about significant improvements in both physical and mental well-being. That's exactly what the term SuperPatch refers to. He offered me some patches to take home. After an intense tennis match, which unfortunately left me with a severely painful knee and a disastrous night, I remembered the patches and applied one. To be honest, I was skeptical, but the idea of using a patch for pain relief instead of a painkiller seemed very appealing. And the fact is, the pain disappeared with the patch.
Canadian Jay Dhaliwal is the mastermind behind SuperPatch. His mother suffered from multiple sclerosis, and he sought ways to improve her quality of life using gentle yet effective methods. His vision was to utilize the receptors on our skin. He was convinced that stimulating these receptors could help. That sounds rather abstract, so here's a very simple example: when our children are unwell, we hold them, stroke them, and that helps them. Dhaliwal invested capital in this idea and the research. Together with neuroscientists, he developed the SuperPatch technology within 12 years.
To stimulate skin receptors, each SuperPatch has a code printed on it in the form of a tactile stimulus, similar to a fingerprint. This generates a neural signal. This is also the case with pressure, heat, or cold. The brain contains genetically programmed signals, such as those for pain perception, sleep, and all other bodily functions. The signal triggered by the patch travels via the peripheral nervous system to the brain. There, it is decoded and sent back to the body as an endogenous impulse. Jay Dhaliwal and his research team have succeeded in using the codes on the patches to send corrective signals to the brain, which then issues commands for improved bodily functions. This technology is called vibrotactile technology.

Just try it out for yourself! That's what I did, and I've been a fan ever since. I've also received positive feedback from my friends; it helped with tennis elbow pain, headaches, and their sleep was much better. I'm not a doctor, but these results speak for themselves. There are always skeptics, and innovations are often met with skepticism. However, two scientific double-blind studies on the effectiveness of the pain patch (Freedom) and the sleep patch (REM) have now confirmed the significant reduction in pain and improved sleep quality. Osteopaths, naturopaths, and midwives—medical professionals who are generally more open to innovative ideas—have also discovered the patches for themselves and their treatments.
The great advantage is that the patches are completely drug-free and contain no other ingredients. The positive effect is achieved purely through tactile stimulation. When I read the package inserts about the side effects of some pain medications, it's simply fantastic.
It is important to mention that the patches have no curative effect. The following positive effects may occur with use: They help promote well-being without side effects. There are currently twelve different patches available. Freedom provides immediate relief from minor muscle and joint pain. Liberty improves balance and mobility. REM is very effective for people with sleep problems. Peace reduces stress. Defend supports the immune system. Ignite boosts metabolism and can aid in weight loss. Focus increases concentration. Joy improves mood. Kick it helps overcome bad habits. Rocket can help with erectile dysfunction. Lumi improves skin texture. Victory increases strength and flexibility during athletic performance.
Victory , Liberty , and Focus patches are particularly interesting. They can improve strength and speed, balance, and mental focus. They can be used individually or in combination. Give them a try! And for those who develop tennis elbow or, like me, a sore knee while playing tennis, I highly recommend the Freedom . From personal experience, I can say that I applied the Victory patch during a changeover in a tennis match against a strong opponent, and it gave me a significant energy boost.

As I mentioned before, I had my "aha" moment when I applied the Freedom pain patch to my knee during severe pain and was pain-free within a short time. I've recommended the patches to two friends who had been struggling with tennis elbow for months. Both experienced significantly less arm pain afterward and were thrilled with the results. But what makes me especially happy is that my 85-year-old father uses the Liberty patch for his balance problems. He's a sports enthusiast like me and loves cycling. With balance issues, that's far from ideal. The patch gives him confidence. It simply makes me happy that he can hopefully continue pursuing his passion for many years to come.
I am convinced of the product's effectiveness and want as many people as possible to experience the positive effects of the patches and thus improve their personal well-being. As an athlete, I find it fascinating that the patches can enhance athletic performance or, as in my father's case, simply maintain it.
As mentioned above, I, as an economist, also find the possibilities of network marketing appealing. With SuperPatch, I connect with other people to distribute a product I fully believe in. Visions drive humanity forward, and this is one I share and want to share. Network marketing offers the opportunity to earn an attractive side income through targeted partnerships and building a successful network. Whenever possible, I play tennis with my wife and two children on vacation. This year, we brought our rackets along again for our summer holiday. With temperatures reaching 37 degrees Celsius in the shade, we only unpacked them once; the "match" was simply too hot. My best tennis holidays have always been in South Tyrol. With my team from Hanau, we used to regularly go to a pre-season training camp at Easter and train intensively. I always have fond memories of the fun we had both on and off the court.
As you've come to expect from us, we've personally tested the products we recommend and found them to be good. My husband suffers from severe osteoarthritis in his shoulder. Since he still loves playing tennis, post-match pain is unfortunately almost a habit. He's always on the lookout for new products to alleviate his pain. He's tried applying the SuperPatch Freedom directly to the painful area before and after playing several times. Each time, he noticed a slight reduction in pain, and quite quickly after applying it. He's also occasionally used the SuperPatch Victory during matches, but he hasn't noticed any immediate effect from it.
I would definitely say that everyone should try a SuperPatch at least once. We always prefer a non-invasive, drug-free solution to painkillers. The worst that can happen is that a SuperPatch doesn't help. And at best, it does! That's why we'll probably be adding the Super Patches Freedom to our pain management repertoire.
Torsten is always available to answer any questions you may have about the Super Patches. Feel free to send him an email or visit his website. You can also order the Super Patches there.
