All legally competent natural persons and minors with the consent of their legal representatives are eligible to participate without restriction. Legal recourse is excluded.
§ 3 The competition
To enter the draw, participants must comment on the contest post and like the fan page or subscribe to the newsletter. Prizes include one HEAD racket from the new Graphene Touch Radical series, one HEAD Radical Monster combo, and one HEAD backpack. The contest runs until November 30, 2017, at 11:59 PM.
§ 4 Profit
The winner will be notified by message. The prize will be delivered free of charge after the winner has responded.
Section 5 Data Protection
The personal data of the participants remains with webtelligent and will not be passed on to third parties. Participation via sweepstakes services or automated sweepstakes robots is not permitted. The winner authorizes webtelligent to publish their name in abbreviated form (first name, initial of last name).
§ 6 Exclusion from participation
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from further participation in the game at any time for good cause. Good cause exists in particular if a participant has provided false personal information during registration, if they attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or influence the game or its proper conduct, or if they threaten or harass the organizer's employees. If the conditions for exclusion are met, winnings may be revoked and reclaimed even retroactively.
§ 7 Premature termination of the game by the organizer
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the game prematurely before the end of the scheduled playing period. This right will be exercised in particular if the proper conduct of the game can no longer be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., manipulation or hardware or software errors) or legal reasons.
