The Pine Cliffs Resort is situated in a park-like setting of 72 hectares with a river , enjoying a tranquil location above the spectacular cliffs between Vilamoura and Albufeira, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The fine sandy beach of Praia da Falésia, approximately 250 meters away, can be reached by elevator and stairs. The nearest airport, Faro, is 38 kilometers away. The Pine Cliffs Resort offers a variety of accommodations: from comfortable hotel rooms and suites to stylish apartments and exceptional individual villas. These diverse accommodations are spread across six building complexes throughout the resort. The Pine Cliffs Garden comprises apartments near the resort entrance, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites with kitchens. The Pine Cliffs Suites range from two-bedroom apartments and luxurious three-bedroom penthouses to ground-floor apartments with garden access, a kitchen, and a washing machine. These apartments are located in one of the quietest areas of the resort, overlooking the golf course. Pine Cliffs Village is situated in the heart of the resort and surrounded by pine trees. Here, you have a choice of three different accommodation styles: charming townhouses, ultramodern terraced houses, or elegant villas. The Pine Cliffs Hotel offers 217 comfortable Moorish-style rooms in five categories. Each room has a balcony and offers sea or garden views, all located in the heart of the resort. The 148 Pine Cliffs Ocean Suites offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments . Finally, there is the Pine Cliffs Residence with 147 luxury apartments nestled in one of the quieter areas of the resort, near the golf clubhouse, overlooking the golf course.
The Pine Cliffs Resort is ideal for the whole family and offers numerous activities for younger guests at the Porto Pirata Kids Club (from 6 months to 8 years old). Here, there is a playground with two life-size pirate ships, mini-golf, and a children's pool. The “Juniors Club” (8 – 13 years) offers many sporting activities, such as football, tennis and basketball.

 Tennis & Padel

Nestled among pine trees in the beautifully landscaped setting of Pine Cliffs, the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy one of Europe's most prestigious tennis centers, boasting four floodlit courts – two clay and two hard courts. Opened in 2014 by Annabel Croft, the former UK No. 1 tennis player in the 1980s and a renowned BBC commentator, the academy offers training for all skill levels and age groups, both as individual and group lessons. Seasonal tournaments are also held.

Right next to the tennis courts, you can play on four padel courts . You can also book training sessions here. From April 1st to October 28th, padel tournaments are held every Wednesday, and you can register directly with the Tennis Academy.

 Other sports activities

The Algarve is a golfer's paradise, and the Pine Cliffs Resort boasts its own 9-hole course. It's spectacularly situated right on the cliffs, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Spanning 168 hectares, the resort is ideal for both beginners and experienced golfers. The Pine Cliffs Golf Academy offers training and a junior golf camp. From April 7th to September 29th, weekly tournaments are held, starting every Tuesday at 9:00 AM. A particular highlight of the course is the par-3 sixth hole, known as Devil's Parlour. This hole features a 197-meter run along the cliffs overlooking a gorge. Water sports plentiful on this unique sandy beach: for a fee, you can enjoy kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, jet skiing, banana boat rides, or surfing. Thanks to the mild climate year-round, the water temperature in the Algarve is around 23°C, perfect for a refreshing dip in the ocean. 
A football center has been built at Pine Cliffs to meet the highest standards for professional football teams using it as a training camp. It also features a gym area with a direct view of the football pitch. The Estima Sports Football Academy offers daily courses on the junior soccer field. Right next to it is the new climbing course. The Pine Cliffs Resort also boasts a modern, light-filled gym overlooking the beautiful park-like gardens.
Additional courses such as Pilates, yoga (including classes for kids), circuit training, boxing, fat burner workouts, individual boot camp training, water aerobics, beach workouts, Tabata, Zumba, personal training, and more can be booked for an extra charge. Those wishing to improve their swimming technique can book a swimming course with a personal trainer (for adults or children) through the Active by Serenity fitness studio. A fun activity for the whole family is the mini-golf course located next to the children's village. A bicycle rental service (for a fee) provides the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

 Wellness

The spacious resort features a total of eight outdoor pools. The main pool offers breathtaking views from the cliffs along the beautiful Algarve coastline. Sun loungers surround the various pool areas and, like beach towels, are provided free of charge . Furthermore, you can enjoy light sandwiches and snacks, as well as refreshing drinks, at all pool areas.

in the luxurious Serenity Spa Indulge yourself indoor pool and 13 treatment rooms offering Shiatsu, Thai and Ayurvedic massage, sports massage, hot stone massage, hydrotherapy, hammam treatments, dry floating, and much more. A selection of wellness programs is designed to restore balance and revitalize. In addition, a wide variety of beauty and cosmetic treatments are available. You can also relax in the steam room, hydro pool, herbal or salt sauna, or outdoor whirlpool. Entry to the spa area is included for guests of the Ocean Suites; all others pay a day ticket.

 Catering

The Pine Cliffs Resort boasts an impressive 18 restaurants and bars. Some are seasonal, including specialty restaurants serving Japanese, Indian, and international cuisine, as well as regional and Mediterranean dishes and seafood specialties, and a steakhouse. You can dine by the pool or enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, or right on the beach at the Maré Beach Restaurant. You can choose between room only, breakfast only, or half board (drinks not included). Half board guests enjoy a buffet breakfast at the Jardim Colonial Restaurant or the O Grill Restaurant (seasonal). Dinner, included in the half board option, is served either as a buffet at the Jardim Colonial Restaurant or as a three-course meal at one of the other restaurants, depending on occupancy. À la carte dining is available at an additional charge.
A culinary highlight is the Mimo Cooking School, which includes a gourmet shop selling Portuguese specialties. The cooking school offers daily cooking experiences for adults and families, covering Algarve, traditional Portuguese, and modern cuisine. It's a fantastic opportunity for the whole family to spend creative and productive time together.
