Hotel descriptionThe five-star Kalimera Kriti resort is located just 44 kilometers from Heraklion Airport, allowing you to quickly begin your holiday after landing in Crete. The resort is spread across 60 hectares directly on the beautiful seafront and consists of a main building and three villages built in the Cretan style, featuring plenty of stone and whitewashed walls. Although the resort has nearly 400 rooms, you always have the feeling of being in a small village. The many small buildings, bungalows, and villas are surrounded by magnificent gardens. While the paths within the resort are sometimes a bit longer, you'll be rewarded with stunning views every time you stroll through the narrow lanes.
When it comes to accommodation, you're spoiled for choice here: from luxurious single and double rooms with or without sea views in the hotel, to family bungalows, suites, and deluxe bungalows by the sea – there are all sorts of combinations. All the accommodations have one thing in common: they are wonderfully bright and beautifully furnished. Some units have even been completely renovated. It's best to get advice on which room type is right for you. We would absolutely recommend a room with a sea view.
The resort is ideal for families, not only because of its fantastic family rooms and bungalows. While children aged 4 and up are supervised Mini Club Teen Club . Both programs are available from 10 am to 6 pm. For the very youngest guests, there's a separate baby and children's pool, and of course, a complete range of baby equipment is available upon request.

Water lovers will feel right at home on the sea: here you can rent pedal boats, canoes, and jet skis, or let yourself be pulled through the waves on water skis, a banana boat, or even a sofa. WellnessYou can experience wellness for your senses right on the white sandy beach. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge. There's also a separate children's pool with a baby pool. For cooler days, there's an indoor pool (heated in April and October) , a sauna, and a steam room . And of course, a spa offering a range of beauty, cosmetic, and massage treatments from head to toe is also available. Please note: the spa area is only accessible to guests aged 16 and over.
CateringThree different restaurants offer a variety of international and traditional Cretan cuisine. The main restaurant, ARTEMIS , serves all meals buffet-style. Its large terrace with sea views is particularly lovely. The à la carte restaurant, DIONYSOS, serves typical Cretan dishes. Located directly on the seafront with fantastic views is the à la carte restaurant THALASSA , where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine while admiring one of the island's legendary sunsets. At Kalimera Kriti, you can generally half-board or full-board (excluding drinks).
Exclusively for Patricio Travel guests during the spring and autumn sports seasons, half-board plus and full-board plus options are available. These meals are served buffet-style, and local wines, local beer, and soft drinks are included with meals.
Whether by day or by night, it's simply wonderful to enjoy a coffee, a cool drink, or a light snack at one of the various bars while gazing out at the sea. The "Kafenion," located right next to the unique natural cave "Spilia," is particularly lovely. There you can find Greek coffee, raki, ouzo, and a fantastic wine list featuring Cretan wines. At night, the cave is illuminated, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
