 Hotel description

The Hotel Residence La Partica is situated high above Tremosine sul Garda in the Vesio pond, on a beautiful plateau. Here, you're completely peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda's shores, and can enjoy the stunning natural surroundings. This 3-star property is run by the very friendly Marini family, a young family who passionately and energetically develop the Residence year after year. And they do it exceptionally well! The 53 apartments and hotel rooms are arranged around a beautiful garden with an unheated swimming pool. The ground-floor apartments have a large terrace, while the first-floor apartments have a terrace with steps leading directly into the garden. They are functionally and brightly furnished, spotlessly clean, and can accommodate two to a maximum of seven people. Each apartment includes a small kitchenette, which is especially convenient for families. The hotel wing is located right next to the tennis courts and approximately 300 meters from the main building. All hotel rooms are designed as double rooms with a maximum of one extra bed, are very clean, and feature a spacious bathroom. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Tremonsine plateau and the surrounding greenery.

 Tennis and other sports

The three clay courts are right next to the hotel and are always well-maintained. The view of the surrounding mountains and nature is truly wonderful and will surely provide extra motivation. Rackets and balls are available for rent. Training sessions can also be arranged if needed.

Besides the tennis courts, you can be active right at the residence: whether in the large indoor pool, the beautifully landscaped outdoor pool nestled in a stunning garden, or in the fitness room  with treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, and various weight machines. Joggers and Nordic walkers will find plenty to enjoy on the marked trails around the complex. Of course, a mountain bike tour always worthwhile in this area: rent a mountain bike, with or without a motor, from the Rent Bike Point and set off on your own or as part of a guided tour.

For après-sports activities, there is a ping-pong table, a pool table and a small table football game in a large room in the basement – ​​especially great fun for children!

 Wellness

A large indoor swimming pool is a great change of pace, not just for children, when the weather is cool. Right next to the pool is a small sauna. Everything is very clean and perfect for relaxing after a strenuous training day. The soothing warmth of the sauna is wonderful.

 Catering

is generally possible in the apartments , breakfast or half-board can also be booked. Breakfast is very extensive by Italian standards – from scrambled eggs and a muesli bar to various rolls and breads. Dinner (starter, main course, and dessert) is selected at breakfast. Overall, the food is delicious and typically Italian. The very friendly staff always accommodates individual dietary requests. A salad buffet and ice cream for children are offered daily. If you get a little hungry at lunchtime or between meals, you can order delicious salads, various ciabatta breads, or pizzas from the menu during the day. The restaurant is brightly decorated, and the lovely outdoor terrace is wonderful! And, of course, the bar is open all day and into the evening.

 Vicinity

Mountain biking, trekking, or climbing – you can set off right from the resort
. SCOTT mountain bikes (including e-bikes) are available for rent directly at the hotel. If you prefer not to ride alone, you can join a guided tour. The same applies to the climbing and trekking tours with the fantastic guides from Tremosine Trekking Experience. And if you enjoy being on the water, Lake Garda offers ideal conditions for windsurfing, kitesurfing, or stand-up paddleboarding . There are also numerous golf courses in the area.
Of course, you simply must take some time to stroll through the charming towns like Limone, Riva, and Malcesine, visit the weekly market, and savor the dolce vita with a cappuccino.
