The family-run Residence delle Rose is located just below Pieve di Tremosine. High above Lake Garda, the holiday complex offers truly breathtaking views of the lake. Away from the hustle and bustle of the lakefront, you can fully focus on your training or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. You have a choice of four different apartment types : from smaller apartments of 35-40 m² ^for 2-4 people to larger apartments of 60-70 m² ^for up to 7-8 people. All 15 apartments have a kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker. The newly renovated apartments feature stylish and modern furnishings. A nice touch is that each apartment has a terrace or balcony.
The heart of the Residence is the restaurant with its lovely outdoor terrace . The grounds are beautifully landscaped and offer various seating and relaxation areas. There is also a children's playground – all within sight of the tennis courts, making it ideal for families.

 Tennis

Directly below the Residence are nine impeccably maintained clay courts available for rent. Those wishing to train themselves, their family, or their tennis team can book tennis lessons at the Sunball Tennis School . From individual lessons to team training, from beginners to professionals – the tennis school offers excellent options for all skill levels.

Those wishing to explore the hilly area by bike can rent mountain bikes directly at the Residence. From the Residence, you can hike, jog, or Nordic walk on the dense network of mountain trails and paths. And of course, your hosts will help you choose and book other fantastic sporting activities such as canyoning, sailing, windsurfing, etc., for which Lake Garda is famous. The Residence also has a small fitness room where you can work out.
