The PMTR tennis facility has a total of 9 outdoor courts, 7 of which are clay courts and 2 are artificial turf courts . In addition, PMTR operates two indoor tennis facilities with a total of 7 courts .
The Ruhr, the largest river in the Ruhr region, flows just a few meters from the facility. Hiking and cycling trails run along the Ruhr, and are also popular with runners.
Weather permitting, the facility will be the first outdoor facility in Germany to open at the beginning of March. The surroundings are therefore perfect for preparing for the outdoor season.
Mülheim and the Ruhr region also offer a diverse range of cultural and nature-based tourist attractions. The cities of Essen, Düsseldorf, Oberhausen, and Duisburg are easily accessible within 30 minutes, making it convenient for playing tournaments or exploring the Ruhr region alongside tennis. Düsseldorf Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away.

On sunny days, the small beer garden is a wonderful place to relax.
