Terms and conditions for raffles and prize draws by TennisTraveller

The prize draws and competitions are conducted by TennisTraveller . Participation in prize draws and competitions on and through TennisTraveller is only possible in compliance with these terms and conditions.

Participation requirements

All adults of legal age and capacity, as well as minors with the consent of their legal representatives, are eligible to participate. Legal recourse is excluded.

The competition / The prize draw

Participants must fulfill the conditions listed in the respective giveaway or contest post to be entered into the draw. The prize to be won is the one specified in the post. The duration of the giveaway and the date of the draw will be published in the respective post.

Profit

The winner will be notified by message after the draw. If the prize is a physical item, it will be delivered free of charge within 14 days of the winner's response. If the winner does not respond to our message within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited.

If the prize is a TennisTravellerhotel test stay, a hotel, camp, or travel voucher, winners must contact the hotel within 3 days; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited. The same applies if the winner does not make a reservation with the TennisTravellerhotel within 14 days.

A cash payout of the winnings is not possible under any circumstances.

Data protection

The personal data of the participants remains with TennisTraveller and will not be passed on to third parties, unless the prize is not being shipped by TennisTraveller. Participation via sweepstakes services or automated sweepstakes robots is not permitted.

Important information: The winner grants TennisTraveller to publish their name (in abbreviated form upon request, but at least their first name) on its online media in connection with the prize draw or competition. Furthermore, the winner permits the publication of images directly related to the prize or the hotel test stay. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the provided images do not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Exclusion from participation

TennisTraveller reserves the right to exclude participants from further participation in the raffle or competition at any time for good cause. Good cause exists in particular if a participant has provided false personal information during registration, if they attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or influence the competition or the proper conduct of the game, or if they threaten or harass TennisTravelleremployees. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be revoked and reclaimed even retroactively.

Premature termination of the raffle or competition

TennisTraveller reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely before the end of the planned playing period. This right will be exercised in particular if the proper conduct of the game can no longer be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., manipulation or hardware or software errors) or legal reasons.
