Depending on the chosen package, training takes place year-round in their week-long or weekend camps. These camps are held in particularly beautiful tennis holiday destinations such as the Canary Island of Gran Canaria, Marbella in Spain, or other stunning tennis locations. MCL Tennis's camps offer tailored training based on your skill level. Strengths are developed and weaknesses addressed. We focus on improving your basic strokes, especially consistency and length. You'll also learn tactics and match practice in singles and doubles, as well as serving accuracy and reliability. Special training programs for team players are also available upon request.
Optional fitness program for tennis players. Improvement of fitness and coordination on the tennis court.
Monika not only holds the Diploma A-Licence, but is also a Mental Match Play Coach, Strong Zumba Instructor and holds the Fitness Coach B-Licence.
