Sounds exciting, doesn't it?
Then find out from us how and where you can play NK-4 tournaments, or even better, organize and run them yourself.
More excitement, faster matches, and professional organization , supported by state-of-the-art technology, promise a tournament experience 2.0 . That's the promise of the NK-4 European Fast-4 Tennis Race. The goal of this international tournament series is to generate renewed enthusiasm for tennis among juniors, recreational players, and team members, and above all, to rekindle the fascination for the sport among young players.
Fast-4 tennis is nothing new in principle: sets are played to four players, with no-ad and no-let rules, so a match usually lasts less than an hour. This guarantees excitement and variety.
The race was created by Nicolas Kiefer , a former professional tennis player with six ATP Tour titles and a silver medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics. As a ROBINSON brand ambassador and also a regular on the tennis court at his home in Hanover, Nicolas knows what makes a tournament format attractive and what the players want.
Similar to a ranking tournament, you're guaranteed two matches per day, but the short sets to 4 make the whole thing even more compact. Amateur players up to team players . There are great prizes to be won at every tournament. And the top 8 players in each age group qualify for the Masters . The Masters is held in Halle, Westphalia, for the youth competitions, and at a ROBINSON Club for the adult and senior competitions, with accommodation free for Masters participants. Two very special highlights that are definitely worth collecting points for.
The NK tournament series is suitable for all clubs and tournament organizers with at least two tennis courts . The series offers a unique opportunity to promote your club without risk or fees and to attract new, as well as passive and active, members to tennis. It's a fantastic option, especially for smaller clubs! The digital NK-4 platform provided for complete tournament management. As the organizer, you simply select a date, create the tournament in no time, and then run it. All results are entered via the platform and are immediately reflected in the live rankings.
The club receives €10 for each participant and an additional €50 for each competition held (€25 for youth tournaments). There are no fees. The following competitions can be offered: Adults: Men, Women, Men 40+, Women 40+; Children & Youth: U12, U14, U16, U18 / girls & boys in each category.
Incidentally, these tournaments provide a wonderful advertising effect for your club !
Of course, the first NK-4 series tournaments are already taking place at our hotel and camp partners. Therefore, we don't want to withhold the assessment of Andreas Gerstgrasser, owner of the Pro Tennis School in Reutte, Tyrol . Andreas organized his first NK-4 tournament in the summer of 2023 and says:

"The NK-4 tournament series is simply fantastic for me as a tournament organizer! We held the first tournament to really bring the club to life in the summer and, in particular, to appeal to our recreational players. We succeeded immediately. The short sets and other rules make for fast matches and plenty of variety.".
Organizing the tournament via the platform was incredibly easy. It's clear that true professionals were involved in its development. For me, as a tournament organizer, the NK-4 series is also a format where we can earn some money directly and without risk.
Of particular note is the commitment and support of Nicolas Kiefer and his business partner Andreas Riediger, owner of an IT company and expert in the field of digitalization (sitaas GmbH). Both were always available as contacts and actively inquired several times before, during, and after the tournament to ensure everything was running smoothly.
We will definitely host more NK-4 tournaments here."
