Hotel Šport is located on the outskirts of the village of Otočec, approximately 7 kilometers from Novo Mesto in the Dolenjska region, almost exactly halfway between Ljubljana, Slovenia, and Zagreb, Croatia, both of which can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this four-star hotel belongs to and is operated by the Terme Krka association. Nature lovers, active vacationers, and tennis enthusiasts will find a truly special holiday destination here on the Krka River, far removed from concrete jungles and mass tourism. Here, you can fully concentrate on your sport and relaxation while enjoying the soothing and healing effects of the thermal waters. The long-established Krka Otočec Tennis Club is located right next to the hotel. Slovenian and international youth and adult tournaments are regularly held six clay courts three indoor courts . Here you play on a joint-friendly PVC sports hall floor . While the numerous lines for other sports may take some getting used to, you'll adapt quickly, and nothing stands in the way of enjoying tennis in winter or bad weather. You can book tennis lessons with the dedicated and well-trained coaches on site. From beginners to ambitious players, from young to old – you'll receive optimal support tailored to your needs. In the neighboring sports center, there's an outdoor asphalt court where you can play basketball playing soccer or on the beach volleyball court . Just 1.5 kilometers from the hotel is the 18-hole Golf Grad  Otočec , one of Slovenia's most renowned golf courses.  There, you can take golf lessons in beautiful surroundings or simply enjoy a round of golf. Directly from the hotel, you can enjoy a perfect jog through nature or explore the landscape on one of the well-marked hiking trails Cyclists also find plenty to enjoy on the various challenging routes available.
