The tournament is open to all players with a valid ITF Masters IPIN number. The ITF Tennis Rules apply. Should there be insufficient entries in a singles or doubles event, the tournament committee reserves the right to cancel that event or combine age groups during the draw. In such cases, the affected players will be informed. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the tournament management reserves the right to change the format of the tournament. The tournament organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule/fact sheet.
The Patricio Masters Open offers two categories (singles, doubles, or mixed doubles). A bonus draw is also offered in singles and doubles, in which eligible players can participate. This is available only to players who lost their first match in the main event. This means that each participant will have multiple singles and doubles matches during the tournament week. Registration for the bonus draw is automatic. There is no bonus draw in the mixed doubles competition. The tournament committee reserves the right to make changes.

The entry fee entitles participants to participate in two categories, a bonus draw in singles and doubles, as well as the welcome event and the award ceremony. The entry fee must be paid by credit card immediately after ITF registration or can be paid with the travel booking. Payments on-site are not permitted. Cancellations after the registration deadline will not result in a refund. If a participant wishes to participate only in a doubles or mixed doubles event, the entry fee is reduced to EUR 40. If a participant wishes to participate in both the doubles and mixed doubles events, the entry fee is EUR 80.
All registrations and withdrawals must be made directly via the ITF website with a valid IPIN membership. Players who do not yet have an IPIN can apply for one free of charge using this link . According to ITF rules, a service fee of €10 per tournament is payable for this IPIN number. This can also be paid with the travel booking or by credit card.
The winners of each age group in the singles competitions will receive one week (7 x UAI), and the finalists will receive two days (2 x UAI) of free accommodation at the Ali Bey Resort Sorgun for the 8th Int. Patricio Masters Open 2027. The semifinalists of the main draw, the finalists of the bonus draw, and the finalists of the doubles and mixed doubles competitions will receive non-cash prizes and/or travel vouchers.

The Gala Night is included in the event price for all tournament participants staying at the Ali Bey Resort Sorgun. All other players can participate for an additional fee.
