The five-star Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort is only 44 kilometers from Heraklion Airport, so you can quickly start your tennis holiday after landing in Crete. The resort is spread over 60 hectares of land right on the beautiful sea and consists of a main building and three Cretan-style villages with lots of stone and whitewashed walls. Although the resort has almost 400 rooms, you always have the impression of being in a small village. The many small buildings, bungalows and villas are surrounded by a wonderful garden landscape. The Patricio World Class Tennis Center Crete, newly built in 2023, will make your tennis heart beat faster with 20 clay courts, 5 padel courts and an indoor and outdoor fitness center.

The tournament is open to all players with a valid ITF IPIN number. The ITF tennis rules apply. If there is not enough reports in a single or double competition, the tournament committee reserves the right to draw this competition in the draw or to combine age groups. In this case, the players concerned are informed. In poor weather conditions, the tournament management reserves the right to change the game mode. Changes to the tender/FACT Sheets are reserved for the tournament organizer.
Three categories can be played at the Kalimera Kriti Open (single, doubles and mixed). In addition, a secondary round is offered in singles, in which authorized players can participate. Players who have lost their first match in the main competition are entitled. Thus, each participant has several single matches during the tournament week. No secondary round is played in double and mixed competition. For this purpose, a B tournament is organized exclusively for Patricio Travel and Kalimera Kriti. Players who have lost their second game in the individual main field or the first game in the secondary round are eligible to participate. Changes from the tournament committee are reserved.

The entry fee entitles you to participate in a single, double and a mixed competition, a secondary round in singles, as well as the welcome event and the award ceremony. The entry fee must be paid by credit card immediately after the ITF registration or can be paid together with the travel booking. Payments on site are not permitted. If you cancel after the registration deadline, the entry fee will not be reimbursed.
All registrations and deregistration must take place directly via the ITF homepage with a valid IPIN membership. Players who do not yet have an IPIN can apply for them free of charge under this link . For this IPIN number, a service fairy of 6.50,- EUR is then due for this IPIN number. This can also be paid with the travel booking or by credit card.
The winners of the individual competitions receive an additional 1 week (7 x HP+), the finalists receive 2 days (2 x HP+) Free stay at the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort for the Int. Kalimera Kriti Open 2025.
The semi -finalists of the main round, the final rounds of the secondary rounds and the finalists of the double/mixed competitions receive material prices and/or travel vouchers.

The gala night is already included in the event price for all tournament participants who spend the night in the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort. All other players can take part in it at an additional charge.
