Who is this camp suitable for?The camp is aimed at all adult, advanced tennis players who want to treat themselves to some active time off before Christmas. Tennis practice instead of eating cookies, sweating instead of lying on the couch. All of this with lots of joy and fun, and without being overtaxed. On the court, you'll play intensively for a total of 5 hours in group training with a maximum of 4 people per court and trainer . Technical, but especially tactical, aspects are the focus. You'll sweat on court with cardio tennis to hot beats, and off-court with the Walk & Fitness tour in the beautiful surroundings. But it's not just your body that gets a workout: in the workshop "Pain Points Are Yesterday - Tactical and Mental Optimization Strategies for YOUR Game," you'll work on your form on various levels together with the other camp participants. Be prepared to be surprised by the results! So, if you're looking to improve, meet nice people, and do something good for yourself, this exclusive camp is the perfect place for you.
The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 16 people. But the motto here is: first come, first served. So secure your campsite quickly!
